World Sleep Day

March 16 was World Sleep Day, where we celebrate rest and its importance in our lives. Sleeping allows our minds and bodies a chance to relax and get ready for the next day. All we need is about 8-10 hours to sleep and a few good dreams to help us lead happy, healthy lives. So let’s celebrate sleep today with our pillows, blanket, and a good book!
