John Green to Interview President Barack Obama During a Google+ Hangout
The idea of these virtual conversations is to re-enact President Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s famous “fireside chats” with a twenty-first century approach. Roosevelt gave thirty radio addresses that aired from 1933 to 1944. In January 2013, Vice President Joe Biden participated in a Google+ Hangout event moderated by Hari Sreenivasan of PBS NewsHour.
