#BlackLivesMatter Booklist for Teens
The list includes fiction, nonfiction, and poetry titles relevant to the Black Lives Matter movement, which has grown in response to violence against people of color.
There are many great resources that I drew on for ideas including the Oakland Public Library’s Black Lives Matter Resource series…If it gets these books into the hands of a few more teen or adult readers in our region, I’ll be happy. (School Library Journal)
