In Search of Wonder: Common Core and More
Hosted by The National Children’s Book and Literacy Alliance (NCBLA), In Search of Wonder: Common Core and More, is an interdisciplinary professional development day created for educators, librarians, parents, and students of education and library science.
Throughout the day, participants and leaders will educate each other about new and classic cross-discipline literature (both fiction and nonfiction) that can be used in the classroom. Keynote speakers will include: Katherine Paterson, Steven Kellogg, Nikki Grimes, Tanya Lee Stone, and Chris Crutcher.
