Young Writers’ Workshop
The 92nd Street Y will offer three-week summer intensives with expert teachers and visiting authors. Students ages 15-18 may register for workshops focusing on poetry, fiction, or creative nonfiction.
Poetry: Mon Jul 11-Thu, Jul 14
Fiction: Mon, Jul 18-Thu, Jul 21
Creative Nonfiction: Mon, Jul 25-Thu, Jul 28
Price: $2,400
Application Deadline: Mon, May 23, 5 pm
Students are selected on the basis of their submission, which consists of up to 5 pages of writing (poetry or prose). Work must be submitted directly by the applicant. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Click here to apply!
