Growing Up with Graphic Novels

From dog-eared favorites to life-changing reads, graphic novels aren’t just entertainment—they’re powerful tools for learning and connection. Authors and illustrators share the stories that shaped them—and the ones they now create for today’s young readers. Learn how these visual stories build literacy skills, foster empathy, and reflect the real challenges young readers face in and out of the classroom.
