FROM THE SKETCHBOOK, CHILDREN’S BOOK WEEK EDITION: LeUyen Pham
In this special edition of our weekly series we invite you to take a look at a beautiful original sketch for our Children’s Book Week 100th anniversary collaborative poster!
Created by celebrated author/illustrator LeUyen Pham, this sketch became one of the 12 panels which pay tribute to our 100th anniversary and this year’s slogan, Read Now ● Read Forever.
“When I was asked to be part of the 100th anniversary collaborative poster, I was honestly floored. The artists who have contributed to Children’s Book Week posters are my children book heroes, artists whose work I could hardly dare believe to be in league with. There are only a few things out there to let you know that you’ve really made it in the world of picture books, and doing this poster is DEFINITELY one of them.” — LeUyen Pham
Eight of the twelve panels have been revealed so far. See them here!
