International Self-Care Day

CBC Celebrates will explore stories that relate to specific holidays so that kid, and adult, readers can celebrate in the best way we know how… with a good book! 

On International Self-Care Day (7/24), we celebrate taking care of ourselves. From writing in a journal about our days to taking walks and eating healthy meals, there are so many ways we can prioritize our health and help our bodies and minds; these books give us a place to begin.
